This smoked salmon paté recipe is really quick and easy, and tastes great spread on toasted bread, or dipped into with breadsticks or crackers!
Serves 2
Time: less than 10 mins
What you need
100g smoked salmon
3 heaped tbsp cream cheese
squeeze of lemon
a small handful of fresh dill
salt and pepper
What you do
Add all your ingredients to a blender, and pulse for a few seconds. This is quite a rough and ready paté. For a smoother pinker spread, pulse for a while longer
That’s it!
